Violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before publishing.

You agree not to misuse the platform or attempt to bypass rate limits, subscription tiers, or safeguards.

Creator AI operates on a recurring subscription model. Payments are processed via third-party providers.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger retroactive refunds.

If you experience a billing issue, you must contact us before initiating a chargeback.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery actions.

You retain ownership of your inputs and generated outputs, subject to compliance with these Terms.

Creator AI retains ownership of all platform technology, algorithms, branding, and infrastructure.

AI outputs may contain inaccuracies. We do not guarantee originality, factual correctness, or suitability for any purpose.

You assume full responsibility for how generated content is used.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creator AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 3 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Creator AI from claims arising out of your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

• Email and account information
• Usage logs and analytics
• Content inputs and outputs
• Billing metadata (processed by payment provider)

Data is used to operate the platform, improve performance, prevent abuse, and provide support.

We do not sell personal data.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We rely on secure cloud providers and AI APIs under contractual data protection obligations.

Data is retained only as long as necessary for service delivery and legal compliance.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting support.

These Terms are governed by applicable international laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
